She is author of several books, namely “Fresh Quilting: Fearless Color, Design and Inspiration” as well as the book which is the basis of her workshop:
Here is the complete description for the workshop:
“Based on my book, Color Your Cloth: A Quilter's Guide to Dyeing and Patterning Fabric, we will explore patterning and dyeing cotton fabric with wax resist. This workshop will focus on creating fun, modern fabric using easy to get materials. The goal of the class is to teach you everything you need to know to set up your own mini dye space at home and help you create fabric that is unique and colorful. To that end we will learn how to mix dyes, apply patterning, over dye, as well as discharge or remove color. We'll even discuss how to take the wax out of the fabric so that we can craft with our amazing, hand dyes.” ~Malka Dubrawsky
