BMQG Annual Retreat

Un-Retreat 2020: Wanderlust!


Pack your bags (but not really) and sail away with us for the BMQG first ever (and hopefully last) digital retreat!


Departure: November 6, 7 p.m.

Return: November 8, 1 p.m. (just in time for the guild meeting!)

First class seating: $20 (all proceeds will go towards purchasing prizes and swag)

Registration deadline: September 27th


Your travel guides will whisk you away for a weekend of sewing in places you never dreamt of hauling your machine.


Format

Since we can’t meet in person this year we will be using Zoom and our imaginations to make this a fun experience just from the safety of our own sewing rooms. 


Participation in any of the weekend's activities is come and go as you please for registrants.


Itinerary 

A detailed travel itinerary will be provided before departure, but the weekend will include:

  • a make-and-take kickoff activity Friday evening

  • exciting “destinations” with games and prizes 

  • a scavenger hunt challenge

  • an optional postcard swap 

  • and lots of time to sewcializing with friends virtually
